8:00 a.m. Arrival and Check In – Sign in and get your goodie bag.
8:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. Welcome and Stress Management & Nutrition Workshop
10:00 a.m. – 11:30 p.m. Weight Training /Cardio Session
Walk away with your own workout cards to take home with you.
11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Free Time
1:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. The Personality Puzzle?
In a fun, interactive workshop, Diane Travis, MD, will help you discover which one of the four of personality types you are. You’ll learn how your personality type affects your life and your ability to reach your goals. You’ll better understand yourself and the people in your life.
3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. Grocery Store Tour
Answer those difficult questions: “What foods should I buy? Which ones should I absolutely avoid? Which brands are best to buy?”
4:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. Sunset “Bump and Grind” Hike (optional)
Get out and enjoy one of the best views in the Coachella Valley.

7:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m. Boot Camp
Start your morning off right with a session of boot camp. This boot camp fitness class will challenge the mind as well as the body! You’ll learn new tricks to burn calories, building endurance and increase your strength all while having a blast!
8:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. Outside the Box Workout
The burn you love to hate. Sixty minutes of strength work, targeting the glutes and abs. We will explore a variety of toning exercises that will wake up muscles you didn’t know existed!!
9:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. Free Time
Use this time to relax by the beautiful pool, pamper yourself with a facial or massage (call for your appointment) or take a nap!
11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. “Spread Your Wings” Inspirational Workshop
1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. Free Time
2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. The Personality Puzzle? Part 2
Dr. Diane Travis will show you how to optimize your success using your unique personality temperament strengths and weaknesses.

Get ready to challenge yourself and sweat. We will combine kickboxing intervals with cross training essentials. This high energy class will have you screaming for more. It is the perfect combination of cardio, strength training and FUN!
